Frequently Asked Questions ...
What are the freight prices?
Freight is charged in addition to each pack so the total cost will vary depending upon where you are. To ensure that you receive accurate pricing we ask that you contact us for a quote that can be tailored specifically for your delivery location.
As we deliver Australia wide we cannot currently provide a a fixed price delivery fee. In order to keep the costs as low as possible we only charge you what we are charged which is why the delivery fee will vary.
Do you give discounts?
We do give discounts for large volume orders. For standard orders we offer tiered discounts for volume purchases, so the more you buy, the more profit you can make. How does this work?
For 3-5 cartons purchased (60 - 100 packs) you can take 5% off the carton price. For 6 cartons (120 packs) or more purchased you take 10% off the carton price.
How many come in carton?
We use colour coded outer boxes to allow for easy visual identification of our product. Each carton has:
Standard Breakfast - 20 per carton
Mini Breakfast - 24 per carton
Snack Packs - 24 per carton or 28 per carton
How long does it take to be delivered?
The delivery time will vary depending upon your location however most cartons are delivered within one to two days for metropolitan areas. Regional deliveries may take a little longer. To confirm your delivery date please contact our office.
Can I order one carton and still get a variety of breakfasts?
When first starting our with our product you might want to try the different cereals to determine what works better with your own clients. We understand that a purchase an entire carton of the same variety might be daunting so we have introduced a variety pack.
The variety packs contains a sample of our cereal range. This is usually made up of three serves of four of the cereals and four serves of the two most popular cereals.
We endeavour to provide all of our cereals in each of the variety packs however due to circumstances outside our control this may not be possible.
At this time we are unable to offer a split between our standard breakfast, mini breakfast and snack range in one carton.
Can I make my own pack?
Yes you can. We can tailor packs to suit the specific requirements for you and your event. Please contact our office to discuss further.
What does extended shelf life mean?
The products that we use in each of our packs are shelf stable. This means that they have expiry dates that range up to nine months and sometimes longer. This does not mean that you will receive cartons that have twelve months shelf life. Many factors affect the dates of the products that we receive from our suppliers. So while they may have been manufactured and have a twelve month date we may only receive the stock with seven months shelf life.
Being perishable food products, time is incredibly important. We aim to ensure that you receive the freshest product with the longest dates possible through careful management of our stock.
As a standard we will not ship you any product that has less than three months shelf life. If the dates are close to this you will receive a courtesy call to advise you of this so that you can decide whether you would like to proceed.
As our packs are made up of multiple products, the date on the outside of the pack is the date of the shortest life product in the pack. So for example, you may receive a pack that has a four month expiry date noted on the outside carton but only one item inside the entire pack may only be for that date.
You may see the odd sale where there may been a seasonal overstock and the dates are shorter. In this case you are buying the stock knowing in advance that there are short dates. There are great savings to be made on these irregular sales, so make sure we have your current email address so that you can take advantage of these types of special offers.
