Trial All Four Kalua Kleen Cleaning Sachets in One Box
The Kalua Kleen Sample Box is designed for hotels, motels, serviced apartments, BnBs, and other accommodation properties that offer guests access to in-room laundry facilities or kitchen and kitchenette spaces. Rather than ordering in bulk straight away, this sample box lets properties try the complete Kalua Kleen range first. Each box contains one sachet from each product in the range: a 20ml Laundry Liquid Sachet, a 20g Laundry Powder Sachet, a 20ml Hand Dishwashing Liquid Sachet, and a 20g Dishwasher Tablet. The box measures 14 x 8 x 4 cm and weighs 1 kg, making it easy to handle and assess before placing a bulk order.
All Kalua Kleen cleaning sachets are phosphate-free. Phosphates were widely used in laundry and dishwashing detergents but were banned from laundry detergents in Australia from 2014 due to their effect on waterways. The Kalua Kleen range avoids phosphates across all four sachet types. Packaging is produced using the EcoPure® additive, which is stated by the manufacturer to increase the biodegradation rate of plastics in landfill and marine environments.
At $15.00 ex GST, the sample box price includes freight delivery by Australia Post satchel to any address in Australia. This makes it straightforward for accommodation managers to assess the sachets before deciding which types to stock and in what quantity. The Kalua Kleen Sample Box range uses plastic-packaging containing the EcoPure® additive. EcoPure® is a revolutionary organic plastic additive that significantly increases the biodegradation1 rate of plastics and plastic products.
EcoPure® causes plastic to biodegrade* through a series of chemical and biological processes in a landfill disposal environment and marine environment. As a result, EcoPure® plastics biodegrade in 3~5 years on average compared to 450~5000 years for current plastic biodegradation time.
Kalua Kleen Cleaning Products are Phosphate free
Phosphates were used for a long time in laundry and dishwashing detergents for their ability to cut through oil and grease and soften water. However, the downside of increased phosphates in waste water that eventually made it into our waterways was it encouraged the growth of algae blooms which had a determental effect on the native plant and animal life. As a result phosphates were banned from laundry detergents in Australia from 2014.
